Loan conditions are part of every loan process, these conditions determine the amount additional information needed to close and fund a mortgage. All mortgage transactions will have conditions. They can range from obtaining proof of home owner's insurance binder to confirming the sellers have clear title to the property to verifying that borrowers have enough funds available for their down payment.
